Effective Date: February 23, 2026
How to Delete Your Account
Open the app, go to Settings, tap "Delete Account",
then tap the "Delete My Account" button and confirm.
Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Once your account deletion request is processed:

Personal data deleted: All personal information associated with your
account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Messages and posts: Your messages, posts, and other
user-generated content will have your username replaced as "deleted."

Unused stamps forfeited: Any unused digital stamps remaining in your
account will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.

Direct Messages sent to Emails We cannot delete emails that were sent because
they are in 3rd party inboxes.

Direct Messages sent in App Your username and associated email will be marked deleted.
Data Retention
While your personal data will be deleted, we are required to retain certain transaction
records for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. These
records are stored securely and are not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
